Pala Tribal Court

The Pala Reservation in San Diego County, California, was established by Executive Order on December 27, 1875.

The Pala Tribal Court hears child dependency, child custody, and child support matters, conservatorships of Pala Tribal Members, restraining orders (domestic violence, elder abuse, civil harassment), and violations of the Tribe’s Peace & Security Code.
